We hope you love your Compliments Boutique purchase but understand that sometimes items need to be returned/exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

Merchandise can be returned/exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50!  We are offering a $5.00 delivery fee within a 15 mile radius of our home base.  If you choose the local delivery, items will be delivered within 24 hours from date purchased (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are processed and shipped next day, with the exception if the next day is a Holiday.  We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.  These orders will be shipped on the following Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once you place your order and again when your order has shipped.

Tracking information will be included in the shipment email (if you do not receive this in your inbox, please check your spam).

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages by the US postal service or UPS.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Love it but need another color or size? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock. Please email complimentsoftulsa@gmail.com with the subject "Exchange" and specify what you are sending back and what size, color and item you are requesting. We will provide you with return address to mail back the exchange and if it is in stock, you must include a $7.00 Shipping Payment. Exchanges that cannot be fulfilled (due to changing inventory), will be issued store credit. Items that are returned without the $7.00 Shipping Payment, will be issued store credit. All exchange items  MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION with tags attached. You may exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days for an exchange (deodorant/make-up stains, perfume/smoke scents, and damages will not be exchanged).

 

RETURN POLICY

Not what you were looking for? Please email complimentsoftulsa@gmail.com with the subject "Return." We will provide you with return address to mail back the return and a store credit will be issued. All return items  MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION with tags attached. You may return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise (deodorant/make-up stains, perfume/smoke scents, and damages will not be given credit) within 7 days for store credit.

*WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS

*Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  We do not provide return labels.

*Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

*Final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged at any time.

*We reserve the right to refuse this return if these conditions are not met.
